Nope—we handle everything. We arrive early to fully set up, test the simulator, and make sure everything is running smoothly before your event starts. We also take care of teardown. All you need to do is show up and enjoy.

Booking & deposit — How do I book and is a deposit required?
Booking is simple—just reach out with your date, time, and location, and we’ll confirm availability. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before or at the event.
Weather — What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather becomes an issue, we'll work with you to reschedule or adjust your setup to make sure you still have a great experience. We keep a close eye on conditions leading up to your event and will communicate with you every step of the way.
